April 2014 - Buyers and Sellers Continue to be Active!
Sales continued to surge throughout April in Vancouver. 3050 homes changed hands, up 15.5% from the previous month and 16.1% from April 2013. Inventory was up 12.7% over March 2014. Supply increased to balance the demand from earlier in the year.
The entry level product continues to be on the move, including:
1 Bedroom homes in East Vancouver and Vancouver West under $400,000
2 Bedroom homes in East Vancouver and Vancouver West under $550,000
Detached homes everywhere under a Million dollars
Buyers are seeing more and more properties prior to making decisions. They are taking time to educate themselves on the market as showings on all my listings were up for the month.
