A Balanced Market Tipping Towards Favouring Buyers!
October 2011 offered Vancouver Buyers a great selection of properties. And.. better yet, time to think about purchases. Sellers were forced to price properties at fair market value or face their homes sitting with minimal showings or facing completely unreasonable offers from "low-balling" buyers.

I predict a steady November with the market continuing along the same lines of October. A fairly balanced market slightly favouring Buyers.
Buyers, beat the Spring Market in Vancouver, and seriously consider getting in the market sooner than later. Sellers, price your property right, and it will sell in a timely manner for top dollar.
