Solid Spring Market in Vancouver
April was another busy month for the Vancouver Real Estate Market as Buyers and Sellers remained active. Sellers remained in the power position especially owners of detached homes on Vancouver's West Side, Burnaby, and North Vancouver.
Supply of detached homes remained low while demand continued to increase for a few different reasons: condo owners looking to upsize, investment from abroad, and fear of increase in interest rates.
